Initiate Phase

The Initiate Phase is where the traditional launch of the product would occur. At this Phase the organization is ready to sell, implement and support the product. Within the Initiate Phase there are two Steps: the Execute Step and the Measure Step.

Execute Step

Execute Launch Plan	Execute the activities and tactics defined in the Launch Plan.

Measure Step

Capture Data	Begin to capture the data needed to measure launch effectiveness

Monitor	Monitor launch progress

Adjust	Adjust the launch strategy and tactics as needed as metrics indicate a change is needed
