Launch Clinic was started by two executives who have worked for some of the world’s leading technology providers running global marketing, product management and business development functions. Our team has had decades of experience and combined have been involved in nearly eighty company and product launches.

However, we saw that in many organizations the launch process continues to be an afterthought. The commitment to cross organizational participation in the launch is lacking or is minimal. These same organizations continue to wonder why their launches are unsuccessful or their revenue and market share expectations are not met.

David Daniels, President

David founded Launch Clinic and is the architect of the Product Launch Framework.  He has an extensive software development, sales, product management, product marketing and executive background that provides a global perspective of the product launch process from end-to-end and from all perspectives within an organization.

During his career David has participated in the launch of more than 30 enterprise software products and services for companies such as Kaseworks, Softlab GmbH (BMW subsidiary), Viasoft, Level 8 Systems, Cicero Technologies, Unisys, and Microsoft.

Michael Croxton, Partner

Michael Croxton has spent over twenty years developing and leading marketing and product management strategies that deliver proven results. As a marketing executive he has worked globally in high-tech, financial, insurance, automotive and supply chain industries. Throughout his career he has continued to deliver success for organizations in helping them understanding their markets, deliver the products that their customers need and build an organization that can continue to deliver against revenue goals while meeting expense commitments.

During his career, he has launched over eighty new product and service initiatives globally at companies such as KnowledgeWare, Softlab GmbH (BMW subsidiary), Manhattan Associates, Inovis and CCC Information Services.  As a result of this experience, his work at Launch Clinic is based on a broad foundation of new and existing product launches.  That extensive work is reflected in the methodology and training that is at the core of Launch Clinic services today.
