Hi,
After being a customer for 5 years, my Airspring has been erroneously disconnected. After numerous attempt to resolve the problem, I am forced to look elsewhere for a long distance provider. My account is paid up yet no one at Airspring seems to be concerned with getting my service back up. Stay away from this company, their customer support is no good and their billing system is very amateur. Don’t make the same mistake I did or you will be left without long distance with no warning or hope for a timely resolution.
