He doesn't realize that most people skim text. He also doesn't comprehend the issues with overusing commas. The CMO Council doesn't want your # so they can call to sell you the report...they want as much info from you as possible so they can pass you off as a lead to call and spam you forever about future reports and other long, long, long emails you probably just delete anyway.
