		<description>Donovan doesn't understand the concept of "short and sweet". He doesn't realize that most people skim text. He also doesn't comprehend the issues with overusing commas.

The CMO Council doesn't want your # so they can call to sell you the report...they want as much info from you as possible so they can pass you off as a lead to call and spam you forever about future reports and other long, long, long emails you probably just delete anyway. 

The click-through rate is pretty bad.</description>
