I get what you are saying.  AireSpring's position statement was written before my time with the company.  However, it did serve a legitimate purpose.  AireSpring doesn't market directly to consumers, but rather uses independent agents, VARS, and consultants to sell our products and services.  While our statement may seem overwrought to a consumer, it mentions all the key things that a potential new agent or VAR would want to know.  

As for the comments of JonT, I'd love to be able to communicate with him.  AireSpring has a VERY successful customer support department.  We have one of the lowest churn rates in the industry and are one of the few telecom companies which remains profitable (and with no debt) even in this difficult economy.  I don't know who Jon was speaking with, but I can assure you that our managers care very much about our service.  They even made the tough decision to move our customer service back in house (previously in India) at great expense, just to enhance the customer experience.

After being a customer for 5 years, my Airspring has been erroneously disconnected.  After numerous attempt to resolve the problem, I am forced to look elsewhere for a long distance provider.  My account is paid up yet no one at Airspring seems to be concerned with getting my service back up.  Stay away from this company, their customer support is no good and their billing system is very amateur.  Don't make the same mistake I did or you will be left without long distance with no warning or hope for a timely resolution.
